The area needs to be clear before we start — but don't stress it. If you need help moving things out, just let us know in advance and we'll take care of it for you. We'll walk you through everything before the job begins.

Light foot traffic is typically fine within 24 hours. Vehicle traffic usually requires 48–72 hours of cure time. We use fast-curing systems where possible to minimize disruption to your daily routine.

Once fully cured, all our flooring systems are completely safe for children and pets. During installation we do use coatings that require ventilation, so we recommend keeping kids and pets away from the area until the job is complete and cured.

No problem — surface prep is part of every job. We repair cracks, fill spalls, and grind down high spots before applying any coating. Most existing concrete is a perfect candidate for our systems regardless of its current condition.

Maintenance is minimal — that's one of the biggest advantages. A damp mop and mild cleaner is all you need for most systems. No waxing, no refinishing, no special products. We'll give you specific care instructions for your chosen floor type.
